3. Cancellations & Refunds
• Bookings must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the reserved time.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
• Bookings cancelled with sufficient notice will be refunded to your bank account or cash.

• Customers must provide accurate information and respond promptly to any inquiries.
• The phone number linked to your registered account will be used for all communications; you must remain reachable.
• Customer are responsible for acquiring all required permissions for any on-site filming or third-party media use.
• The customer is responsible for any damages caused during their use of the services.

• All services and content are provided "as-is"; results may vary based on usage and environment.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to uncontrollable events (e.g., weather, acts of God, power outages).

6. Intellectual Property
• All raw and final content remains the intellectual property of Media Mania unless agreed otherwise.
• Customers may use final deliverables for promotional and commercial purposes.
• We reserve the right to use any non-confidential material for our own promotional use.
